Santa Maria Del Fiore (Il Duomo)

Santa Maria del Fiore , also known as Il Duomo due to its large domed roof, is the world’s fourth largest cathedral, and the symbol of the city.
This architectural jewel of Florence took almost 150 years to complete.
The building’s most striking feature is its self-supporting dome, the work of Brunelleschi, and is a masterpiece of the Renaissance architecture.

The Uffizi Gallery

The Uffizi is one of the world’s most famous fine art museums with a superb collection of Renaissance paintings and sculptures including the works of Giotto, Botticelli, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Titian and Caravaggio.
