I am unable to complete a Reservation Online

If you are experiencing a technical or payment issue when trying to make an online reservation please use our Ask a Question form located on the Customer Service page and select a Technical Issue question category.

 

Please describe your issue in detail, as follows:

If you are receiving an online error that you cannot resolve please send us:

  • The STEP NAME where the error occurred (see the orange Purchase path navigation bar located above the flight itinerary, e.g., Payment, Verification, etc.).
  • Exact error text (copy and paste it in your message).
  • Selected flight itinerary details, including origin and destination airports, travel dates, the number of adult, child and infant passengers and the selected airline. If possible, please include the error screenshot where the selected itinerary is clearly visible.
  • Your web browser type and version, e.g. Internet Explorer 8. Please go to your browser’s Help-About menu to display its version.

 

We will use your information to reconstruct the issue in our lab and assist you with completing the reservation.

 

For immediate resolution you might want to try simply changing your web browser or computer. We are aware that some older web browsers are incompatible with our technology and we are constantly working on improvements.
